Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Margreet Blaas Art, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be carefully packaged and sent back in their original condition whenever reasonably possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note that commissioned artworks, personalised items, and custom-made pieces created specifically for a customer are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Many items in the Margreet Blaas Art collection, including vintage porcelain pieces and handcrafted objects, are unique and one of a kind. Small signs of age, character, or subtle variations resulting from the handmade process are part of their charm and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
