Right of Withdrawal

At Margreet Blaas Art, every WonderLust Object and original painting is an original work of art, individually created and carefully described before purchase.

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

However, this right does not automatically apply to all artworks. Under European consumer legislation, exceptions may apply to original, one-of-a-kind works of art and goods that cannot be replaced due to their unique nature.

If your purchase qualifies for the legal right of withdrawal, you may notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel your order. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the artwork. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
