Thank you for your order from Margreet Blaas Art. Every artwork and object is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
For original artworks, additional preparation time may occasionally be required to ensure safe packaging. If this is the case, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Shipping
We ship within the Netherlands and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
All items are carefully packed to provide the best possible protection during transport.
Estimated Delivery Times
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 3–10 business days after dispatch
- Worldwide: 5–20 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.
Tracking
Where available, your order will be shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information by email.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
Original Artworks
Original paintings and one-of-a-kind artworks require special care when packaging and shipping. We take great care to ensure that every piece is securely packed and arrives in excellent condition.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
